Citelift is an AI SEO and AEO app that plans, writes and publishes product-linked articles for DTC Shopify brands, checks every product fact against the live catalogue first, and reports search visibility, AI mentions and the orders those articles earn.
What Citelift does
Catalogue-grounded articles
Citelift reads your products, variants, prices, ingredients, materials and photos on install and keeps that snapshot current. Articles answer the questions buyers ask in your category and link to the products that answer them, so a reader can go from a question to a product page in one click.
A 30-day plan and scheduled publishing
It builds a 30-day plan around your products and category, then writes and publishes to your Shopify blog on schedule: four, seven or fourteen articles a week, depending on plan. Core and Growth can hold every article for your approval before it goes live.
AI-visibility checks
Citelift asks ChatGPT and Perplexity the buyer questions in your category and records whether your store is named in the answer. Starter checks monthly; Core and Growth check weekly.
Article performance and attributed orders
Each article's performance and the orders attributed to it are reported per article, using order identifiers, totals and timestamps only. Core adds a Google Search Console connection.
Article images from your own photos
Lifestyle images are made from your own product photos, not stock, so the product in the picture is the one on the page.
What makes Citelift different
Every product fact is checked before it publishes
Each price, size, ingredient and material an article states is checked against your live catalogue, and your banned words and claims are checked twice. A failure regenerates the article; a second failure holds it for review with the reason shown.
Installed as a Shopify app, not wired up by hand
Citelift installs from the Shopify admin like any other app. There is no custom app to create and no API key to copy between dashboards.
Published means published
Publication state is read back from Shopify after every article, so a hidden draft is never reported as live.
Priced per store, with no add-ons
Three plans, one price per store, month to month or annual. The price on the card is the whole price: images, visibility checks and reporting are included.
No card, and cancel in one click
The subscription is approved in your own Shopify admin and appears on your Shopify invoice; Citelift never collects a card. Cancelling ends it immediately, and published articles stay on your store.

How Citelift works
Onboarding
Install Citelift from the Shopify admin and approve a plan through Shopify Billing, which starts a seven-day trial. Answer the brand brief once — voice, product knowledge, claims to avoid — and the first 30-day plan is built from it.
Turnaround
After the brief, the loop runs on its own: articles are written and published on the plan's weekly schedule, and each one passes the quality checks first. Growth's articles are generated first when the queue is busy.
Communication
Support is one email address, support@citelift.app, answered within two business days by the people who build Citelift. A weekly email summarises what published and what it earned.

No. No one can promise a ranking or a citation. Citelift reports what it observes — AI mentions, search performance and attributed orders — and none of it is a guarantee of growth.
Does Citelift put links in my articles?
Only links to your own products and pages. It never inserts third-party or paid links into your articles.
What happens to my articles if I cancel?
They stay on your store. Cancelling stops new work immediately and schedules your data for deletion under the privacy policy.
Does Citelift work outside Shopify?
WordPress and WooCommerce stores are supported through a private beta. Shopify is the generally available platform.
