Support.
One address, answered by the people who build the product. Email support@citelift.app and you will have a reply within two business days.
Writing to us
What to include
Two things turn one email into one answer instead of three. Give us your store domain — the yourstore.myshopify.com one, so we look at the right store — and a link to the article the question is about, if there is one. Paste the exact wording of anything the app showed you rather than describing it, and tell us what you expected to happen instead.
When you will hear back
Within two business days. Citelift is a small team in one time zone, so we would rather promise two days and beat it than advertise an hour we cannot hold on a Saturday. If something is actively broken on your store, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top of the queue.
Billing and your data
Refunds on a Shopify store
A monthly plan is refunded in full inside seven days of the first charge, and an annual plan pro rata inside the first 30 days. Refunds are separate from cancelling: a refund is requested through support, so email support@citelift.app inside the window and we process it. Cancelling itself is one click from Settings or from your Shopify admin, and the articles already published stay on your store. The full terms are on the pricing page.
Billing on a WordPress or WooCommerce site
$1 USD due today for your seven-day trial. Your seven-day trial starts when your $1 payment is confirmed. Unless you cancel first, your selected plan renews at its full price on day 8. Applicable taxes and currency conversion may change the final amount shown at checkout.
The $1 trial payment is non-refundable except where applicable law or your card issuer's rules require otherwise. The first full plan charge has a seven-day refund window. Cancel before renewal to stop the first full plan charge. Cancellation does not refund the $1 trial payment except where applicable law or your card issuer's rules require otherwise.
Cancel from that site’s billing section, which opens the Dodo-hosted billing portal. Citelift shows a cancellation or a refund as pending until Dodo confirms it, so a status that has not changed yet is not a status that failed. Email support@citelift.app with the site address if it has not settled within a day.
Privacy, terms and the DPA
What we collect, how long we keep it and how to ask for it back or have it deleted is in the privacy policy. The agreement itself is in the terms of service, and the data processing agreement is at /dpa. A deletion or export request sent to support@citelift.app reaches the same people.
