- Citelift never asks you for a card. The recurring charge is approved in your own Shopify admin, the way every other app subscription on your store is, and nothing is charged until the seven days are up.
- No add-ons. The price on the card is the whole price.

How the 7-day trial works
Day 1
Install from the Shopify App Store and approve a plan in your Shopify admin. Nothing is charged.
Same day
Citelift checks your store, plans your articles and writes your first one.
Days 2 to 7
Articles keep arriving. Cancel from your admin any time; your articles stay.
Day 8
Shopify bills the plan on your normal Shopify invoice.
Stores that already used a Citelift trial start on the paid plan.
What you are agreeing to
Cancelling and refunds
Cancelling is one click, from Settings or from your Shopify admin. The subscription ends immediately through Shopify Billing, and the articles already published stay on your store. Refunds are separate from cancelling and follow the terms below: a monthly plan in full inside seven days of the first charge, an annual plan pro rata inside the first 30 days. A refund is requested through Citelift support: email support@citelift.app inside the window and we process it.
How the charge reaches you
Approve billing in Shopify
The subscription is a Shopify Billing charge: you approve it in your own admin, it appears on the Shopify invoice you already receive, and currency and tax work the way they do for the rest of your apps. Uninstalling the app ends the charge.
One price, and nothing beside it
No add-ons. The price on the card is the whole price. There is no per-article overage, no image pack, no backlink credit and no setup fee, so the bill next month is the bill this month.
Limits worth knowing.
What the plan does not do
Article volume is fixed, not metered
Starter is four articles a week, Core is one a day and Growth is two. Overages are not sold, so the bill cannot surprise you.
Languages
English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. Other languages are not supported yet.
Publishing target

Order data
We store the order ID, total, timestamp and article ID. No names, no emails, no addresses.
